Live In An Unbound World

This is the Althea Jones' Sandbox.
Sometimes you may think I built a sandcastle to be envied. Sometimes you may think it is pile of dirt. Feel free to visit my sandbox, regularly, and see what I made.

Let's just say that my parents never worried about what I was doing. I would tell them everything, whether they wanted to know or not.

Now that you found the needle, do you have the patience to thread it?

I realized in a previous 10-year learning experience that patience is a daily effort. Whether we are talking about my first marriage or my first self-employment venture, remains to be seen as I go along. I have made the commitment to blog daily for the next year. Don’t get discouraged, I plan to have marked improvement. If my writing suddenly gets better, it is because I have enlisted the help of an editor. Sticking to a plan was also not a huge success of mine, in either of the above mentioned learning experiences.

I am not going to share the intimate details of my business model to you, at least not until I see it working. I am funny that way. I feel fine about sharing just about any life experience I have had; but I will take my business plans to the grave. I did have to bury the last one, but I was involved in that murder. It was not planned, but it did build its own momentum. I can tell you that I am stoked about what I have planned. It will not be a traditional business model. Other people have tried this ‘product’, but I have a way to make it different and better. I would be wasting my time, otherwise.

I would compare success to threading a needle. It is possible, but take patience, a particular skill, and a good eye. It can be learned. It takes practice and precision. My previous learning experiences were not failures by any means. They both brought a lot of positive things to my life, when I needed it. I am still learning and benefiting from those experiences. Neither of them continue to bring me monetary benefits, but the real benefits (usually called lessons) come with lasting unseen results.
